Injection mold making

Injection mold is our main business, special mid size to big size .  

 

Mold inserts machining

We make the mold parts for customer by customer drawing , with full dimension check , and provide the dimension report , parting line surface tolerance can reach to +/-0.01mm . 

 

Lost wax casting 

The process is  a molten metal is poured into a  that has been created by means of a  model. Once the mold is made, the wax model is melted and drained away. A hollow core can be effected by the introduction of a heat-proof core that prevents the molten metal from totally filling the mold .
